About
Eudaimonia is a word that resists translation, as though its meaning is too full to be contained in a single English equivalent. It gestures toward a life not merely of happiness, but of flourishing—a state where well-being, purpose, and inner alignment quietly converge. Rooted in the Greek notion of a “good spirit,” it speaks less of fleeting pleasure and more of a life lived in accordance with one’s deepest values.
For Aristotle, eudaimonia was the highest human good—not something pursued as a means, but as an end in itself. It is not simply feeling good, but being well: living with integrity, meaning, and direction. Unlike hedonic happiness, which is found in moments of enjoyment, eudaimonic living emerges through purpose—through shaping a life that feels true, coherent, and deeply one’s own. To move toward eudaimonia is to listen inwardly, to clarify what matters, and to live in a way that honours those values. It is, ultimately, the quiet unfolding of a life well lived.

Mission
At Finding Eudaimonia Psychological Therapies Clinic, my mission is to offer a safe, compassionate, and reflective space where individuals feel deeply heard, respected, and understood. Through an integrative, evidence-based approach, I support clients in navigating anxiety, trauma, loss, relational and health challenges, while gently guiding them toward healing, self-awareness, and a more meaningful, balanced way of living.

Vision
My vision is to support individuals in moving beyond symptom relief toward a truly eudaemonic life—one grounded in purpose, authenticity, and inner harmony. I aim to help each person reconnect with their values, cultivate resilience, and shape a life that feels deeply fulfilling, aligned, and uniquely their own.
